Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

  • Return valid within 7 days from delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, with original packaging & tags intact.

  • Tag seal (loop from main label to price tag) must not be broken.

  • Return request can be submitted via:

  • Valid reasons for return:

    • Damaged item received

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Size mismatch

Refund Policy

  • Refunds issued only as Maanver.com coupon code.

  • Coupon equals the value of the returned item.

  • If bought under offer, coupon equals paid amount (offer distributed proportionally).

  • Coupon usage rules:

    • Minimum cart value must be equal to or above the coupon value.

    • Only one coupon applicable per order.

    • Cash/Bank refunds are not available.

    • If order using coupon is refused and returned, ₹125 will be deducted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange allowed for:

    • Same product, same color, different size (if in stock).

    • Different product under same or higher price, difference will be charged.

  • Free items cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Report any damaged/wrong item within 24 hrs with product image & unboxing video.

How to Return

  1. Pack item in original packaging.

  2. Attach order number or invoice.

  3. We arrange pickup (if available in your area).

  4. If not available, courier the item and email receipt to us.

    • We refund max ₹150 as coupon code for courier charges.
